Teach you how to debug the diesel generator before use

Some manufacturers are equipped with professionals to go directly to the buyer to debug, or the customer himself asks people to commission the unit. This will often take a lot of manpower and material resources. Here's how we talk about generating generator sets:

Note: Before the unit starts, it should read the random technical documents and do all the necessary preparations.

First, the diesel engine test before the inspection:

a. Check if the surface of the unit is completely clean; if there is any looseness in the anchor nut, flywheel screw, and other movement parts; whether the control mechanism is flexible and reliable, and if any problems are found, promptly tighten it.

b. Check whether the clearance of each part is correct. In particular, carefully check the clearance of each inlet and exhaust valve and the clearance of the decompression mechanism to meet the requirements.

c. Place each cylinder in the decompression position, turn the crankshaft to check whether the sound of the operation of each cylinder part has abnormal sound, whether the crankshaft rotates freely, pump the oil into each friction surface, and then close the decompression mechanism to crank the crankshaft. Check if the cylinder leaks. If it is shaken, it feels very hard to scan, indicating normal compression.

d. Check the speed control mechanism and the overspeed protection system to prevent accidents.

e. Check the condition of the fuel supply system

f. Check the water cooling system

g. Check the lubrication system

h. Check the start-up system

Second, the start of the generator set

a. Adjust the speed of the unit to idle speed (500-700r/min)

b. Switch on the power supply. The unit with the mine protection device can start the unit after confirming that the warning light is good.

c. When there is an engine with a preheating device, it needs to warm up. After preheating the glow plug for 10 seconds, the engine is started. The cleavage can not be started within 10 seconds. Please release the start button and take it for two minutes. Start. If the startup fails three times in a row, stop the startup and search for the cause to clear the fault before starting again.

Note: The start interval is not less than 30 seconds

d. After the unit starts running, immediately release the start button. The charging current meter will go to the forward position or the charging voltage meter indicates that the charging voltage ≥25V indicates that the charger is working properly. The unit with mine protection device should stop immediately if the sound and light alarm occurs. Check the reason.

e. After the unit is started, the idle speed is gradually increased to 500-700r/min. Pay close attention to whether the reading of each meter is normal. Observe whether the unit has abnormal noise or other abnormal phenomena. If there is any, check the machine immediately to eliminate the fault. Then boot.

f. After the unit is warmed up by idling (drainage temperature reaches 45°C), it can be adjusted to the rated speed. If the no-load operation is normal, the main switch unit can be turned on to supply power to the load. If the generator can not automatically establish the voltage, you must magnetize the generator, then adjust the voltage setting resistor, the no-load voltage is adjusted to 400V.
