For the relevant information of this recall incident, China Netcom called the Ford (China) Automobile Service Center official 400 service hotline as a consumer and consulted. The other party stated that it has received a manufacturer’s recall notice and that the recall of some models will begin on April 23, 2018. At the same time, you can also call the official customer service hotline and provide the frame number of the vehicle to confirm whether the vehicle involves the recall.
Netcom also consulted authorized dealers to inquire about the implementation of the vehicle recall plan. Some customer service personnel stated that the current recall announcement is about to be implemented. There are already solutions to potential safety hazards. Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. will replace the steering wheel bolts in the recalled vehicles to eliminate potential safety hazards. Inventory vehicles will be sold after eliminating defects.
