From the seminar on prevention and control of geological disasters held in Xinjiang recently, it is understood that starting from 2017, China will conduct a three-year emergency investigation of geological disasters in Yecheng County and Tashkurgan Tajik Autonomous County in southern Xinjiang.
According to Yin Yueping, chief engineer of the China Geological Environment Monitoring Institute (deputy director of the Geological Disaster Emergency Technical Guidance Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources), the investigation was mainly carried out in towns, densely populated areas and important engineering projects.
Emergency investigation will start from 7 aspects
Full basin coverage of Yecheng County and Ta County through satellite remote sensing technology;
Conduct higher-resolution surveys and assessments of high-risk areas of geological disasters;
Establish an automated and visualized monitoring and early warning system for geological disasters such as debris flows;
Conduct special research on the disaster mode of geological disasters;
Conduct research on the theory and method of rapid evaluation of earthquakes and heavy rainfall;
Carry out community capacity building for disaster prevention and mitigation;
Establish an integrated geological disaster emergency information platform.
Emergency investigation is conducive to improving the ability of prevention and control of geological disasters
Yin Yueping said that the geological features of Yecheng County and Ta County are representative of the northern part of the Kunlun Mountains where the earthquake is highly prevalent. The geological disasters in Yecheng are mainly characterized by the collapse of debris flow. Doing this emergency investigation is conducive to improving Xinjiang. And even the ability to control geological disasters in the Northwest.
It is understood that the project will carry out a small watershed (1:1 million scale) survey within 9,000 square kilometers of high-risk geological disasters in Yecheng County and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor of 2000 square kilometers in Ta County. In the next three years, the state will invest 36 million yuan, and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will also invest in the project.
The three-year investigation will use satellites, drones and other scientific and technological means to collect basic data, conduct research on new disaster models, and conduct disaster risk assessment for more than 30 villages and towns and more than 5,800 settlements. And real-time monitoring, for community, village and town residents to carry out disaster reduction and disaster prevention training.
In the early morning of July 6, 2016, a large mudslide and landslide occurred in the six villages of Kekeya Township, Yecheng County, Kashgar City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Some houses were destroyed, roads, electricity and communications were interrupted, causing heavy casualties. It is understood that the Yecheng “7·6†debris flow disaster occurred in the northern foot of the Kunlun Mountains. Initial analysis was triggered by sudden heavy rainfall. The rainfall caused a landslide in the mountain in a short period of time, blocking the river channel, and then causing mudslides.
Wang Min, deputy director of the Ministry of Land and Resources, said recently: "In the past, Xinjiang's geological disasters mostly occurred in the Ili River Valley, and the arid southern Xinjiang region occurred less frequently. The Xinjiang '7·6' mudslide is a rare disaster chain disaster mode. It should be highly valued by us. From the actual situation of Xinjiang's sparsely populated areas, surveys with basins and people-intensive areas as the main targets may be more practical and more targeted, and it is easier to find those that are extremely difficult to prevent. Remote, high-speed landslides and mudslides."
The CK series numerical control cnc lathe machine bed adopts integral structure and strong rigidity: guide rail is treated by medium frequency quenching and precision grinding, which is wear-resistant.
Max swing over bed is 500mm; Max turning diameter is 260mm; Max length of workpiece is 2000mm.
Different specification and requirements are available for customization.
