In fact, in 2018, besides the new subsidy standard policy to be implemented, many policies closely related to the industry have already been implemented or will be implemented.
First, double points were formally implemented on April 1, 2018
The “double-integration†policy will be implemented starting from April 1, 2018. Tentatively, in 2018, only statistics will not be punished, and in 2019 and 2020, non-compliance companies will be punished.
The double-integration policy mainly includes two parts, one part is the average fuel consumption of passenger car companies, and the other part is the passenger car enterprise new energy vehicle points. In 2019 and 2020, the proportion of new energy vehicles will be 10% and 12%, respectively. The points are tradable, and the car companies with negative points can freely purchase the surplus points.

It requires that all products manufactured and sold in China must pass the "Automotive Battery Code Register System", apply for a manufacturer code, and record the code " Specification code for "Specification Code" and "Retrospective Information Code".
