How to seize the opportunity during the "Eleventh Five-Year" period so that Chery, Geely and other market "entrepreneurs" truly become "more competitive international competitive enterprises"? How to make the market's "entry entrants" enter smoothly and seize the opportunity to grow rapidly. Reproduce several "chery" and "geely" before the "big picture is set"? However, we also know that the emergence of self-owned brands and competitive companies is not only a micro-scale market operation problem, but also a macro policy implementation issue. Because the market operation of enterprises has never been abstract, it has always been carried out in a specific institutional environment. The institutional environment is not only very important, but even the most important force that determines economic development. For institutional economists, international competition is essentially institutional competition.
