XZK-1 Intelligent Vibration Monitor The vibration intensity meter produced by our factory is equipped with a vibration velocity sensor. It can monitor the vibration intensity of rotating machinery for a long time and can monitor the vertical and horizontal vibration of the rotating machinery. The value of the vibration intensity is from the front panel of the instrument. The meter shows that it has a standard current output and can be connected to various DCS and PLC systems. When the vibration value exceeds the limit, the instrument can be connected with an audible and visual alarm to prompt the on-site operator to take preventive measures and have an alarm. Dangerous switch output to protect the machine safe and reliable operation.

Functional description (smart):
1. Display function vibration measurement value, I value alarm, II value alarm setting value, can be displayed on LED digital tube respectively.
2. Alarm function When the intensity of vibration exceeds the alarm setting value, the alarm indicator is on. At the same time, the switch signal is output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.
3. Alarm delay time setting function The alarm delay time adjustment range is 0 to 3 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.
4. The self-diagnosis function is equipped with power-on and power-off detection functions, and the alarm output circuit is disconnected at the same time, which can effectively suppress the false alarm of the instrument.
5. The output interface has a current output interface, which can be connected with computers, DCS, PLC systems, paperless recorders and other devices.
