Starting from the second ring, around the middle of the bottom product discharge pipe is provided with a weight (4 to 6), an upper discharge pipe with cross-sectional feeder, which can intercept heavy mineral ore into the exhaust stream so that the discharge pipe The two scrapers of the squeegee are pressed against the groove surface, and the movable squeegee therein can be rotated to adjust the opening angle between the two squeegees to adjust the discharge amount of heavy minerals, as shown in FIG. In order to improve the quality of the heavy product, a plurality of water adding points, called washing water, are provided at the inner edge of the tank, and the central water pipe is fed into the inner edge of the tank through the valve.

During the sorting, the slurry is uniformly fed from the upper level of the tank along the width of the tank. The slurry is stratified during the flow along the tank, and the heavy mineral enters the bottom layer and moves to the inner edge of the tank under the combined action of various forces; Light minerals are smashed to the outer edge during rapid slewing movements. Thus, the ore particles having different densities are banded in the lateral direction of the groove, as shown in FIG. The heavy mineral flowing along the inner edge of the tank is intercepted by the eliminator and discharged through the discharge pipe. The weight of the heavy product obtained from the first to second discharge pipes above is the highest, and the quality of the following heavy products is lowered. The washing water added to the inner edge of the tank rushes some of the light minerals in the heavy product to the outer edge, which is beneficial to improve the quality of the concentrate. The tailings are discharged from the end of the lowermost tank.
