Foreword:
Entrusted by XXX of Gansu Province, Xi'an Tianzhou Mining Technology Development Co., Ltd. conducted a smelting test on the Jinjiaping Manganese Mine in Cheng County from July to December 2006, aiming to provide a preliminary basis for the comprehensive utilization of the mine.
The Jinjiaping manganese ore is located in the southern part of the western Qinling Mountains and the Indosinian near-East-West fold belt. The metallogenic area belongs to the Maqu of Gansu Province - Shaanxi Lueyang regional metallogenic belt Yalma - Zhouqu gold, copper and iron , manganese, phosphorus mineralization sub-band. The natural type of ore is mainly manganese oxide ore, which is a shallow marine sedimentary iron-manganese deposit.
The main metal minerals in the ore are soft manganese ore, hard manganese ore, a small amount of pyrite, limonite, vermiculite, malachite and the like. Gangue minerals are mainly ferromanganese chert, quartz, calcite, feldspar, clay, sericite and the like. The ore contains 30.10% manganese, TFe5.33%, copper 0.32%, zinc 1.01%, nickel 0.34%, cobalt 0.15%, gold 0.10g/t, silver 6.12g/t, of which copper, zinc, nickel and cobalt content are comprehensive. Recycling grade requirements.
Our company conducted a mineral processing test on the Jinjiaping manganese ore from November to December 2003. The purpose was to recover manganese minerals and obtain better test indicators. According to the request of the client, this test uses Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, the associated useful minerals of manganese as the main recovery object. The test was mainly based on chemical beneficiation method, and various conditions and influencing factors were tested, and a better comprehensive recovery effect was obtained. The manganese ore is calcined with sulfuric acid, and the leaching rates of copper, zinc, nickel and cobalt are 76.10%, 89.85%, 71.59% and 79.61%, respectively. The manganese tailings are leached with sulfuric acid after roasting, and the leaching rates of copper, zinc, nickel and cobalt are obtained. They reached 80.87%, 88.09%, 77.35%, and 76.26%, respectively. Further expansion of the test can be used as a process plan for comprehensive recovery of the manganese ore.
in conclusion:
In summary, in the Jinjiaping manganese mine in Cheng County, Gansu, the associated elements of copper, zinc, nickel and cobalt meet the requirements of comprehensive recovery grade. More than 40% of manganese concentrate can be obtained by wet strong magnetic separation process, accompanied by Cu More than 70% of Zn, Ni and Co are distributed in the magnetic separation tailings, which is beneficial to further recovery by chemical beneficiation. For this type of manganese ore, the chemical beneficiation method can be used to obtain a better comprehensive recycling effect.
The test carried out comprehensive tests and analysis on the proposed comprehensive recovery scheme I and scheme II, and obtained the technical indexes and corresponding optimal conditions of the roasting, leaching and extraction processes. The test results show that the technologies of the two schemes are relatively advanced and reliable; compared with Scheme II, the schemes are short, the investment is saved, the production operation is simple, and the economy is more reasonable. By further expanding the test, it can be used as a process plan for the comprehensive recovery of the manganese ore.
