0 Preface

With the progress of society, the rapid development of our country's economy, the company's office environment and methods have undergone tremendous changes, professional office buildings in major cities everywhere. The emergence of office buildings has led to a centralized and highly efficient corporate office. However, the simultaneous development of office property management is a great promotion for business services. In the current market, most of the management of office buildings is still semi-informative. There is no special information management system for real estate management of office buildings. Therefore, the Acrel-3000 power management system independently developed by Acrel can timely detect the waste of power consumption and provide data for building energy efficiency assessment.

The consumption of electrical energy is concentrated in low-voltage distribution terminals. In order to strengthen the measurement and management of terminal energy measurement, and facilitate the user's on-site use, transformation and upgrading, the traditional DDSD and DTSD series wall-mounted energy meters are designed for inconvenience in field installation. A miniaturized rail-mounted energy meter has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, strong overload capacity, stable and reliable performance, wide operating voltage range, and low power consumption. And its small size, light weight, modular structure, can be used in conjunction with miniature circuit breakers installed in the distribution box, to achieve terminal power distribution measurement.

2 Design Principles

2.1 Single Phase DDSF1352 Meter Design Principle

The DDSF1352 single-phase multi-rate power meter is implemented using the single-chip design of ADI's latest technology ADE7169F16 system-on-chip. ADE7169 integrates high-precision measurement unit module and 8052 MCU and its peripheral modules. The measurement module has high measurement accuracy, can measure the current, voltage RMS, phase and total active power, reactive power, grid frequency and other operating parameters of each phase. , overload multiples. On-chip 8052 MCU with 16K FLASH and 512B RAM and a variety of peripheral modules to support low-power temperature compensation on-chip RTC module, LCD driver module, power management module, SPI/I2C interface module and UART communication module, etc. The ADE7169 can realize single-phase multi-rate multi-function power meter designs. The specific design block diagram is shown in Figure 1.

2.2 Three-phase DTSF1352 meter design principle

The DTSF1352 three-phase electronic multi-rate meter is implemented using the metering chip ATT7030A and Freescale's 8-bit microcontroller M68HC908LJ12. The principle is: real-time voltage and current on the line are coupled by high-precision transformer. After the sampling circuit is sampled separately, it is sent to the special meter ATT7030A for electricity metering (A/D converter is converted into digital signal, and the power is output after dedicated DSP operation on chip. Pulses) are sent to the MCU through pulses, and time-division active power, reactive power metering, and maximum demand calculations are completed according to a preset period of time. 3 Electric power meter should be used for large-scale public building energy measurement

Electricity metering of large public buildings should use electric meters as internal management electric meters, and charging electric meters should not be used. The main characteristics of the two are summarized below (see Table 1).

The power meter is installed on the basis of the user's installation of the meter charge, taking into account the need for internal energy metering and energy management, and is used for internal power management. Therefore, users can independently choose to purchase, but should pay attention to whether the manufacturer has a meter license for the power meter (electric energy part). The power meter can complete the collection of sub-item power data for each loop, each floor or each functional area, and complete the sub-item energy metering for large-scale public buildings through the background power management system.

4 Type selection scheme of power meter in energy item measurement

Electric power meters are designed for the power monitoring, power management and management of power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, public utilities, and smart large public buildings . It can measure all commonly used power parameters with high precision, such as three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, frequency, power factor, four-quadrant electric energy, etc. , and uses high-visibility LCD to display the measurement parameters of the meter. And grid system operation information. The power meter has a wide range of functions, models, and prices, as well as a variety of energy metering schemes. Therefore, it should be reasonably matched to achieve a better price/performance ratio.

According to Document No. 114 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the energy consumption data of large-scale public buildings shall be classified and measured separately, and the electricity shall be measured and managed according to power, lighting and outlet power, air-conditioning power, and special electricity. Therefore, DDS1352 or DDSF1352 electricity meters can be used for places where dorms, offices, shops, wards, etc., should be measured into economic accounting units;

DDS1352 single-phase electricity meter for single-phase energy metering, DIN35mm rail installation, a width of 1 module (that is, a width of 18mm), a maximum access to single-phase current 30A, precision 1.0. The advantages are small size and low price. The disadvantage is that there is no communication function and no network can be established.

DDSF1352 single-phase electricity meter, also installed on DIN35mm rails, has a width of 4 modules, a maximum access single-phase current of 80A, accuracy of 1.0, peak, flat, and valley energy time-multi-rate metering functions, with RS485 interface , Modbus protocol or DL/T645 protocol can be networked. It is mainly used for the measurement of single-phase electric energy and is often used in distribution boxes. When school classrooms, medical wards, and hotel rooms are measured in floors or functional areas, DTSF1352 or ACR120EL meters can be used. .

5 System Software Introduction
5.1 System Structure

Acrel-3000 energy management system can measure the energy consumed by low-voltage equipment. The system consists of three parts: station management layer, network communication layer and field device layer.
   The field equipment layer adopts AZX J, Ancorui low-voltage smart metering box, to install pre-paid energy meters and rail-mounted energy meters. Through the use of low-voltage smart metering boxes in conjunction with the power management monitoring system and the use of computers, back-office monitoring and management software, and network communication technologies, the collected energy consumption data of electrical equipment is uploaded to a unified monitoring and management platform to realize monitoring and management of electrical power systems. , Reasonable control of high-energy consumption equipment, and ultimately make the entire power system to achieve energy-saving effect. 5.2 System Functions

The Accor terminal power management system refers to the installation of rail-mounted and pre-paid energy metering devices in buildings such as commercial buildings, office buildings, farmer's markets, and dormitories, and uses remote transmission and other means to collect energy data from various monitoring points in time and use them. 5.2.1 Main Functions of the System

(4) Record query: records of management records for prepaid electricity meters. Can easily check the amount, time and other information.
(5) Sales log management: The log records the information of successful sales, the reasons for the failure, and the retrospective mechanism.
(6) Self-help: Through Internet cards or self-service terminals, users can make prepayments on the instrument in real time without manual queues, but data cannot be rolled back after a periodic power failure.
(7) Card Management: The denomination, expiration date, and status of the card.
(8) Refund processing: When the merchant or dormitory staff changes, the remaining electricity in the room can be refunded and the details can be printed out.
(9) Insufficient balance: Short message and email reminder: In the system, the warning electricity quantity can be set as required. When the warning quantity is less than or equal to the warning electricity quantity, the system automatically makes a reminder of insufficient balance according to the contact information left by the user.
(10) Equipment management: Unified management and maintenance of the information related to the post-control of the instrument's address, ownership organization, and detection cycle.
(11) Time-sequential transmission: According to the date, time, floor, user category control, greatly reducing the workload of logistics management personnel.
(12) Automatic power off reminder: When the balance is insufficient, the power is automatically turned off for a period of time, and then the power supply is automatically restored.
(13) Hoarding power setting: The “power hoarding” can be preset for the meter through the power selling system.
