2014 Tractor Internal Combustion Engine Testing Technology Seminar Held in Beijing

On August 29th, the Agricultural Machinery Test and Appraisal Station of the Ministry of Agriculture held the “2014 Tractor and Internal Combustion Engine Testing Technology Seminar” to further standardize the test and appraisal of tractors and improve the test and appraisal quality of tractors and internal combustion engines. Seventy-seven delegates from 11 provincial-level appraisal stations that have passed the certification of tractor-level appraisal capacity participated in the seminar. Liu Min hoped that the delegates would seriously study and discuss the outline, implement various rules and regulations, identify according to law, improve the testing level, and prepare well-tested inspection reports. At the same time, they should coordinate and actively undertake the identification tasks, earnestly implement the rules of honesty, and conduct honest inspections.

Zhu Liang analyzed the current situation of the agricultural machinery appraisal work and asked everyone to strengthen their confidence, overcome difficulties, and support each other. They must have the system self-confidence and theoretical self-confidence, seek truth from facts, keep abreast of the times, and thoroughly study and popularize the appraisal system and make full use of it. Existing resources, exploration of new methods and methods of identification, and a solid solution to the current promotion and identification of the face of strengthening the quality of supervision and reduce the burden of the main contradiction.

Liu Xu systematically reviewed the legal basis for the agricultural machinery test and appraisal work, and focused on the issues found during the supervision and inspection of the promotion and appraisal work in the past three years. After a systematic analysis of these problems, the appraisal agencies were required to jointly test the agricultural machinery test. Quality.

Liu Yunze believes that the focus of the promotion and appraisal system reform lies on the top-level design. At present, we must handle the relationship between the departmental appraisal and the provincial appraisal, the subsidy catalogue and the promotion and appraisal relations, strengthen management, identify according to law, and reduce risks.

The seminar also reported on the management of the departmental promotion and appraisal projects in 2014, and discussed the “Outline Outline for Agricultural Wheeled Tractors and Tracked Tractors” (approved draft) and “Agricultural Diesel Engine” promotion appraisal outline, and introduced the power output shaft weighted energy efficiency test. Methods: We conducted technical exchanges on the promotion, identification and testing of tractors and internal combustion engines, and proposed suggestions for further improvement of the outline and technical documents.
