On June 23, Yanggu Huatai Chemical Co., Ltd. announced that the Shandong key research and development project undertaken by the company has passed the acceptance of the expert group.
It is reported that the project is called "National Rubber Auxiliary Engineering Technology Research Center--New Rubber Additive New Material Green Process Research and Development" (Project No.: 2016GGH4524).
It is research and development on the rubber additive resorcinol-formaldehyde resin and microcrystalline paraffin process for the purpose of industrial greening.
At present, Yanggu Huatai can produce 3,000 tons of modified resorcinol-formaldehyde resin and 7,000 tons of microcrystalline paraffin every year, and achieve green production.
Among them, the green industrialized microcrystalline paraffin process technology has achieved clean production, pollution-free, environmental protection and energy saving.
According to the expert group, Yanggu Huatai's two representative products of rubber additives have excellent performance and can completely replace imported products, and the process technology has reached the international advanced level.
