The contest’s full name is “Ningbo City Transportation System” Xiagong 'Cup' Highway Highway Construction Machinery Operation Skills Competition. It is jointly sponsored by the Ningbo Municipal Transportation Commission and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and organized by the Municipal Transport Transport Union and the Municipal Highway Authority. The distribution partner Hangzhou Xiaxia Trade Co., Ltd. assisted in the whole process.
