II.Working principle
   The single-screw pump is a kind of rotary positive-displacement pump with inner gearing. Its main working parts include eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bush (stator). Due to special geometric shapes of the rotor and the stator, several separate seal cavities come into being respectively. The rotation of the rotor drives the transfer of media in all seal cavities from the suction end to the extrusion end continuously at a constant speed with the same volume.
By right of these characteristics,the single-screw pump is especially suitable for the following working conditions:Â

2. Transfer of media containing solid grains or fiber;
3. Requiring continuous operation, stable pressure and no regular pressure fluctuation;

The swivel joint connectors are specifically designed for overhead line stringing, these swivels are reliable, heavy duty product with adequate load rating for tension stringing, yet small enough in diameter to pass through conductor stringing blocks. Swivel joint connectors should never be passed through bullwheels. Be sure to check the diameter of the swivel against the dimension on the blocks, etc. Swivel joint connectors are precision machined, alloy steel and heat-treated for maximum strength and wear, and should be compatible with the strengths of pulling line and grips. Swivel joint connector is suitable for connecting traction wire rope when laying out wire of various specifications, which can release the twisting strength of wire rope.
Swivel connector is a special connecting tool for overhead transmission line stringing construction. It is used to connect traction rope and ground wire, main traction rope and guide rope in the traction and laying process, or the new coil head and the old coil tail when the conductor is changed, and eliminate the torque. The swivel connector can be directly connected with the traction rope and the grounding wire, or through the traction plate. The swivel connector can rotate freely in the positive and negative directions under the load-bearing state, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, light height, convenient assembly and disassembly, and can reduce the damage of traction rope and ground wire.
The swivel connector is connected to the tool cable buckle or traction plate through the pin shaft and pin sleeve at both ends and bears the tension. The internal structure adopts plane thrust ball bearing to bear the axial load at both ends, and two radial ball bearings are equipped to guide to bear the radial load imposed by the pulley groove of paying off pulley. Under the joint action of two kinds of bearings, the rotary connector can rotate freely under rated load and release torque.
