On May 27, local time, the US Department of Commerce issued an announcement to postpone the preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of Huaka Bus tires from July 7 to August 26.
Earlier, on March 31, the US Department of Commerce also postponed the preliminary ruling time of the countervailing investigation, which was postponed from April 25 to June 27.
The US Department of Commerce said that due to the number and nature of the subsidy programs being investigated, the US Steel Workers' Federation (USW) filed an appeal request.
On February 19th, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice to announce the launch of anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on truck and bus tires imported from China.
It is understood that the United States has imposed a mandatory response to the "double-reverse" of Huaka Bus tires.
Among them, the double-money tire is not only a counter-subsidy mandatory responding enterprise, but also an anti-dumping mandatory responding enterprise.
In addition to double money, Guizhou Tire and Pulin Chengshan are respectively anti-subsidy and anti-dumping mandatory responding enterprises.
The amount of the "double-reverse" involved was 1.08 billion U.S. dollars, and the number of involved tires reached 8.42 million. The alleged dumping margin was 19.78%-58.2%.
