The problem of heat dissipation in the explosion-proof distribution box Since all the components of the explosion-proof distribution box are installed in the explosion-proof explosion-proof cavity, the air cannot flow, and the heat dissipation problem becomes a key problem to be solved in the explosion-proof distribution box. Here we have adopted a new heat dissipation technology - heat pipe cooling technology.

(1) Heat pipe technology principle Heat pipe is a heat transfer element with extremely high thermal conductivity. It transfers heat by evaporation and condensation of working medium in a fully enclosed vacuum tube. It has extremely high thermal conductivity, good isothermality and cold. The heat transfer area on both sides of the heat can be arbitrarily changed, the heat can be transferred at a long distance, and the temperature can be controlled. The heat exchanger composed of the heat pipe has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure and small fluid resistance.

(2) Inverter structure layout We designed the main circuit as a large unit, installed in the rear wall of the rectangular explosion-proof cavity, and the rear wall is joined with the heating element such as IGBT module and rectifier module through an excessive heat sink, and the outer wall of the explosion-proof casing is welded. The trough radiator, the excess radiator and the trough radiator are connected by a heat pipe. The heat generated inside the inverter is dissipated through the radiator heat sink slot on the rear wall of the explosion-proof chamber.

If it is a large frequency converter, then the inverter comes with a cooling fan and a host cooling fan. In addition, industrial air conditioners will be installed on the control panel to keep the cabinet temperature constant! The motor, the coaxial tail also has cooling fan leaves, the concave and convex grooves on the surface of the motor itself, also designed to increase the heat dissipation area. As long as the motor is not working in a closed, small space, there is no need to strengthen the air and cold! Its own cooling effect meets the needs of the work.
