Recently, Neway's new low-emission ball valve has completed the ISOFE AH-CO2-t (-46°C, 200°C)-ISO 15848-1 test under the witness of a third party.


The CO2 level requires 1500 switching life tests under temperature cycling, while the A-level leakage is the highest requirement of the valve industry. This is the first AH-CO2 certificate in the history of Neway, which has achieved a major breakthrough in the low-emission field.

On December 16, the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission (the Municipal Price Bureau), the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Finance, and the Shanghai Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau formulated the “Measures for the Implementation of Pilot Programs for Volatile Organic Compounds in Shanghai”, and Shanghai started to pilot the initiation of volatile organic compounds ( VOCs) sewage charges.

The new low fusibility ball valve can effectively control the emission of VOCs and can be widely used in VOCs key emission industries such as high-sulfur gas fields, petrochemicals, and marine engineering. The smooth progress of the project is of great significance to environmental protection.
