Mineral sampling refers to the collection of some ore or rock samples from ore bodies or near-mineral surrounding rocks, and the use of various modern testing methods for processing, identification, testing, analysis, testing and analysis of results.

Different minerals have different quality research contents and different sampling purposes. Ore sampling can be divided into chemical extraction, mineral sampling, physical sampling, and process sampling according to the purpose of sampling.

(1) Chemical sampling: chemical analysis of the sample to determine the chemical composition and content of the ore, to understand the quality of the ore, and then to delineate the ore body, calculate the average content of the main associated useful components, estimate the mineral reserves, and classify the ore type. And industrial grades, inspection of ore loss, depletion and quality changes in mine production activities, to provide a basis for studying the genesis of the deposit, assessing the industrial value of the deposit and solving the problems of mining and processing.

(2) Mineral sampling: mineralogy, mineralogy and petrology are studied through ore and rock to find out the mineral composition and content of ore and surrounding rock, symbiotic combination, structural and structural features, and embedding characteristics of mineral pull grade. Mineral mineral composition and secondary changes, used to determine the type of ore, the natural type of ore, the state of useful elements, the performance of ore processing technology, the comprehensive utilization possibilities, and the resolution of mineral deposits, estimates of mineral quality and other geological problems. .

(3) Physical sampling: refers to the sampling work carried out in order to study the physical and technical properties of the ore. For general minerals, it is mainly to determine the physical and mechanical properties of ore and surrounding rock, such as weight, bulk density, humidity, porosity, looseness coefficient, blockiness, strength and other technical parameters, as necessary for reserve calculation, mine design or production. Parameters, for some special minerals, technical sampling is the main method to determine the quality of minerals, such as gemstones to determine color, transparency, crystal size, inclusion distribution and cracks in the crystal to determine the value of the gem.

(4) Process sampling: Determine the ore sorting, smelting performance and processing technical conditions through the ore process properties and the smelting test, to determine the best production technical and economic indicators for the ore processing method, the smelting production process, and for the deposit. Technical and economic evaluation, feasibility study of mining and mining companies provide reliable information.

Tert-butyl Hydroperoxide

Tert-butyl Hydroperoxideis a hydroperoxide, in fact one of the most widely used in a variety of oxidation processes, for example the Halcon process. It is normally supplied as a 69–70% aqueous solution. Compared to hydrogen peroxide and organic peracids, tert-butyl hydroperoxide is less reactive and more soluble in organic solvents. Overall, it is renowned for the convenient handling properties of its solutions. Its solutions in organic solvents are highly stable.

Industrially, tert-butyl hydroperoxide is used to prepare propylene oxide. In the Halcon process, molybdenum-based catalysts are used for the reaction.

On a much smaller scale, tert-butyl hydroperoxide is used to produce some fine chemicals by the Sharpless epoxidation.

TBHP Is a volatile, yellowish liquid ,it is alkyl hydroperoxide initator for polymerization of acrylic emulsion ,and wiedely used as raw material for organic peroxides synthesis.

Miscible with organic solvents such as alcohols, esters, olefins and NAOH solution.Slightly miscible with water.
