3. The grade of iron ore products completely dependent on magnetic separation is between 55% and 59%. The effect of impurities such as desulfurization is too poor, and the quality of finished products is obviously off the bottom. Therefore, if the iron ore market enters the adjustment period, the sulfuric acid slag selected iron ore quotient will be unsalable due to backward technology and low grade of fine iron powder, which will lead to a backlog of sulfuric acid slag in the sulfuric acid plant.

At present, important methods for the selection of domestic sulfuric acid slag include: combined magnetic separation method, alternating magnetic separation, re-election method, chemical leaching method, flotation reverse flotation method, microbial desulfurization method, magnetic separation column sorting method, magnetization Reduction roasting method, rotary kiln processing method, and the like. These methods have their own strengths, but some methods have high cost of investment and sorting, some methods are complicated to operate, and some methods are subject to environmental constraints.

According to the characteristics of the slag, the beneficiation and purification should adopt the method of large processing capacity, simple equipment, easy operation and low investment, and it is not suitable for applying complicated processes.

Each of the above processes has its own characteristics, and the selection of the treatment process is selected according to the phase of the sulfuric acid slag, the impurity, the environmental constraints, and the actual conditions and product requirements of the enterprise.
