In the past 6 years, it has carried out blanket seedling cultivation, carpet seedling sowing, bed soil configuration, seedling control, and early planting after planting. Research on key technologies such as high-speed transplanting has finally formed a mechanical transplanting technique for rapeseed-like seedlings with independent intellectual property rights in China. The technology was authorized by the national invention in 2014, and currently 8 applications and 4 certifications.

Professor Cold Lock Tiger introduced that the previous research ideas are the one-way adaptation of agricultural machinery to seedlings, and the development of transplanting machinery is very difficult. The blanket seedling mechanical transplanting technology is a two-way adaptation of agricultural machinery and agronomy, with fast transplanting speed, good quality and wide applicability. This technology also realizes the mechanization of rapeseed breeding. The breeding of the oysters is carried out in the squatting tray, and it is free from the dependence on the land and the environment. It can realize the standardization and factory production line production like rice, which can not only solve the problem of the uneven quality of the seedlings caused by the scattered seedlings of farmers in the past. The cost of seedling cultivation can also be greatly reduced. The key point is that the technology has high efficiency of transplanting, and the actual working efficiency of the whole machine can reach 5-8 mu/hour, which is 60 times that of artificial transplanting. Field trials showed that the transplanting of rapeseed-like seedlings was more than 35% higher than the actual yield of rapeseed in the same period, which was similar to the seedling transplanting yield of the same period. In recent years, the technology has been demonstrated and promoted in Yangzhou, Suzhou, Yancheng, Nanjing, Hubei Wuxue and other places. The relevant person in charge of Yanma Agricultural Machinery (China) Co., Ltd. told reporters that China's rapeseed planting area ranks in the world, accounting for 50% of the total oil crops in the country. The market potential is huge, but in recent years, because of the low degree of mechanization of rapeseed cultivation, the amount of labor is large. The rapeseed seedling transplanting machine and seedling technology realized the automatic transplanting of rapeseed, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency, which is the main driving force for their cooperation. This technical achievement will have wider application in the future.
