If the density is too low, a large amount of clean coal is used as a vermiculite efflux, which tends to crush the shallow groove scraper or block the meteorite chute. Once the above situation occurs, the medium will be deposited with the coal, which is very difficult to handle; the density is too high, and a large amount of medium coal or vermiculite will enter the clean coal system, causing coal accidents. In addition, if the coal is added when the liquid level of the medium tank is too low, the coal in the shallow tank will be accumulated with the medium, causing the scraper to be crushed.
Second, the solution
1. Observe the medium density
After stopping, the magnet powder precipitated in the medium in the tub. When the media pump is just driving, it takes a while for the magnet powder to enter the system. Therefore, it is necessary to wait for the medium density to be close to the PID set value in order to normally add coal. If it is abnormally stopped and the time is long, the magnet powder precipitates more in the medium barrel, and the density of the medium does not rise to the set value in a short time.
2. Observe the current of the medium pump
In actual production, it is necessary to observe the current of the medium pump at any time. If the current value does not reach the normal production current, it indicates that there is a problem with the flow rate of the medium. In production, the following situations are most likely to occur. (1) The current is low. When you start the car, if the liquid level of the media barrel is normal, its current will rise slowly, even if it does not reach the normal value, it will be very close. If the media level is ok, its current will generally reach its normal value very quickly. (2) Current fluctuations. At this point, the most likely problem is that the liquid level in the media barrel is low. If the medium pump inlet does not draw enough media, the air will be drawn in. At this time, coal is added, which will cause the coal in the shallow tank to accumulate and press the scraper.
3. Ways to stabilize qualified media systems
After the problem is discovered, it is necessary to make an accurate judgment before taking necessary measures. Blind operation will lead to further expansion of the fault. In normal production, the density value fluctuates within a range of 0.01 above and below the set value. Beyond this range, the dispatcher should promptly notify the driver of the position to check. When the density is higher than the set value, first check the automatic water inlet density control valve. Look at the valve for normal operation; when the density is lower than the set value, check the following parts. (1) Magnetic separator. Check if the screen at the feed end is clogged. If it is clogged, the thin medium will enter the qualified medium tank along the concentrate powder line, causing the density in the qualified medium barrel to drop. At this time, it is necessary to check the particle size of the coal block before the magnetic separator screen. If there is a large block, it may be the wear of the sieve plate of the fine coal de-screening or the smectite de-screening, so that the bulk material enters the qualified medium system in a period of de-intermediation. . At this time, in addition to cleaning the screen blockage before the magnetic separator, it is also necessary to check the sieve plate of the fine coal de-mesh and the vermiculite off-screen, whether it needs to be repaired; if the particle size of the coal before the magnetic separator is Small, just a large amount and cause blockage, can directly lift the screen, and then re-insert after normal. (2) Shunt tube. Shunt pipe plugging also reduces the density of the media. In normal production, the clean coal product itself will take away a part of the medium, which is reflected in the computer screen is the liquid level of the medium barrel is reduced. Generally, the liquid level of the media barrel should be maintained at 30% to 45%. Remember not to maintain the level of the media barrel regardless of the density. The liquid level mentioned here is the liquid level at normal density. If the liquid level is at 35%, the driver of the position should be notified. When adding, it must be added by adding a magnetic separator, and can not be greedily added from the lean pump. When adding, ensure that there is flushing in the addition pit, evenly adding, flushing is necessary. Single dry powder, it is impossible to be pumped out, only the pump is blocked. To ensure that the feed end of the magnetic separator is not blocked, the treated tailings water can flow out from both sides, but the tailing water must be passed over the two end shields. If the medium in the medium tank is seriously deposited due to the long downtime, the precipitation medium must be gradually agitated and the density should be gradually increased. After the density of the washing liquid is normal, the coal is added. Never start adding coal after the equipment is started, regardless of the density.
