cause:
â‘  internal and external rotor tooth-side clearance is too large, so that pressure-absorbing oil interoperability. Significantly reduce the volumetric efficiency, the output flow is not enough;
â‘¡ large axial clearance;
â‘¢ suction pipe joints at the junction of the lax and other reasons, so that the pump into the air, reduce the effective suction flow;
â‘£ poor oil absorption. As a result of oil viscosity is too large, the filter is blocked by dirt and other lead to reduce the flow of inhalation;
⑤ relief valve stuck in the half-opening position, the pump to a part of the flow through the relief valve back to the tank, leaving the flow into the system is not enough. At this point accompanied by system pressure on the failure.

Method of exclusion:
â‘  replace the inner and outer rotor, the backlash in the specified range (usually less than 0.07mm);
Grinding both ends of the pump body to ensure that the axial clearance between the inner and outer rotor assembly is within the range of 0.02-0.05mm;
â‘¢ replace the damaged suction pipe seal, with PTFE bandaged pipe thread and then tighten the pipe fittings;
â‘£ choose the right viscosity of the oil, cleaning oil filter to smooth oil absorption. And increase the suction pipe diameter as appropriate;
⑤ repair relief valve, drain part of the relief valve short of the fuel tank to reduce the effective flow of the phenomenon.
