Vice President Liu Bo emphasized that the Engine Division is the key enterprise for clean production audit of the 2018 Environmental Protection Bureau. All departments should cooperate closely with the Clean Production Audit Expert Group. Through this clean production audit, the business department should achieve “energy saving, consumption reduction and pollution reductionâ€. The purpose of “increasing efficiency†is to formulate a clean production rectification plan suitable for the production and operation of the engine division in combination with the actual situation, and complete the clean production audit in March 2019.

Vice President Liu Bo deployed seven tasks:
1. Strengthen the organization and leadership of the clean production audit and carefully organize the implementation. The business department will hold regular clean production phase meetings according to the needs of the work, coordinate the relationship between all parties, and ensure that the audit work is completed as planned.
2. All relevant departments should strengthen their leadership in cleaner production and effectively include clean production in the important agenda of the department. The main leaders must bear the overall responsibility, personally grasp, arrange and arrange the human and material resources needed for clean production. Carefully sort out the process of various waste generation and treatment in this department, determine the clean production plan of the department, and implement it step by step to ensure practical results.
3. The members of the working group must take their respective responsibilities and carefully complete the work in accordance with the requirements of each stage of the audit process.
4. Increase publicity, enhance awareness of cleaner production, use blackboard newspapers, propaganda slogans, and other propaganda tools to vigorously promote clean production knowledge, raise awareness of cleaner production among employees, and form a good atmosphere for implementing cleaner production.
5. It is necessary to strengthen the knowledge of cleaner production knowledge and clean production auditing so that every employee can understand the contents of clean production and clear the production recommendations for this position, so that the clean production can be smoothly implemented. Through the review of clean production projects, energy conservation and various raw and auxiliary materials can be saved, resource utilization levels can be improved, and higher economic benefits can be created for enterprises.
6. All departments should, in light of the actual situation, organize employees to make more reasonable suggestions on clean production, reward the adoption and implementation of rationalization proposals, and form a good atmosphere for cleaner production.
7. In accordance with the requirements of the relevant units at the higher level, complete the work of cleaner production by the end of March 2019, and submit the “Clean Production Audit Reportâ€.
