Low-end diaphragm overcapacity looming gross profit decline
With the lithium battery separator business strategic layout continue to overweight, lithium battery separator market competition becoming increasingly fierce. On the one hand, with the influx of a large number of manufacturers in the low-end diaphragm market, the price of low-end diaphragms continues to decline. According to the data released by Xingyuan Materials, the average selling price of the company's products decreased from 6.11 yuan/m2 in 2013 to 4.49 yuan/m2 in the first half of 2016, and the price cuts in 2014, 2015 and the first half of 2016.
