The contents of the commitment letter include: to ensure that post-doctoral personnel at the station receive funding from the project, extend the duration of their stay at the station to the expiry of the project funding period and be responsible for resolving the cost of living for the extended period; or leave the station to stay in the supporting unit and continue to engage in relevant research. Otherwise, the National Natural Science Foundation of China will not accept project applications from postdoctoral staff at the station.

(3) Applicant matters.

4. Paper application materials can be directly submitted or mailed to the NSFC Material Receiving Group. Please do not include papers to be published or unlabeled for the National Natural Science Foundation Grants and project approval numbers; do not copy the content of the paper directly as the final report content.

3. After granting the project conclusion, the NSFC will publish the project concluding report and the application abstract through the NSFC website. The project leader is required to pay attention to issues of confidentiality and intellectual property protection when writing the concluding report.

(b) Relying on unit matters.

The relying unit shall review the concluding materials in accordance with the “Regulations” and other requirements, and submit the concluding materials to the National Natural Science Foundation of China from February 21 to March 1, 2013 (before 16:00). The items that should not be submitted on time for submission of the final item should be processed according to the overcoming expectations and be counted in the scope of the corresponding limited application. 3. The paper-conclusion report can be directly submitted or mailed to the NSFC Material Receiving Group. If you use the postal method, please send it by post on the deadline of the submission of the end of the report (the date of the postmark is the date of the postmark).
