ZPB jet pump installation method

ZPB type jet pump is composed of PB type jet pump, valve, vacuum gauge, pipeline and pipe fittings. It is divided into different specifications due to the different pressures of the working medium.

Installation and use are as follows:

According to the use of the pump, it can be divided into the installation form of single and multiple pumps, and the installation of a single pump. Each jet pump only inhales and draws water on the pump. In this type of installation, multiple pumps are used together to use multiple jet pumps. Because of the use of multiple working media (ie, high-pressure water, compressed air, and back-up water sources) as the main pump room under the coal mine, power is provided in parallel with multiple jet pumps. For standby, any jet pump can be achieved. Any one pump can be started during operation, and the bottom central pump room can be completely removed. Therefore, it is said that this installation is a multi-power, multi-injection pump in parallel with each other and is used as a standby system.
