Two trains of EMUs on the Beijing-Shanghai line will re-fail

According to the Xinhua News Agency, Changchun, August 10th, recently, CRH380BL EMUs used by the Beijing North Railway Group's Changke Stock Co., Ltd. for the Beijing-Shanghai line have experienced three consecutive failures of two EMUs in the process of delivery to the Shanghai Railway Bureau. After the failure, CNR quickly conducted a full-scale survey of the CRH380BL EMUs that had been delivered and not delivered, thoroughly investigated the potential accidents, and strengthened the management of suppliers.

The relevant person in charge of the CNR passengers said that it is expected that the census will be completed in about one month to achieve normal delivery.

Zhao Minghua, deputy general manager of CNR and high-speed MU project manager, told Xinhua News Agency on the 10th that the fault of the EMU before this was a protective fault, mainly due to sensor abnormalities leading to automatic parking.

After the fault occurred, CNR's passengers suspended the delivery of the CRH380BL train and conducted a comprehensive survey of the CRH380BL train. Currently, CNR Changke has dispatched more than 30 census teams to Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan and other places to carry out a general survey of trains, mainly concerning the degree of sensor insulation and the firmness of wiring.
