Compared with existing foreign technologies, the energy-saving and emission-reduction effect is outstanding, and the energy consumption of the product can be reduced by 70%. The investment is only 1/3 of the old process, the total yield of ethyleneamine product is greater than 95%, and the product purity is above 99%. The new process also achieved the recycling of catalyst, ammonia, waste water and by-product sodium chloride, and the cost per ton of product could be reduced by 4,000 yuan. After the project is completed early next year, it will change the situation that China's ethyleneamines products are 100% dependent on imports.
