Each device has a certain amount of intellectual investment, and mental work is accompanied by the whole process of drying equipment manufacturing. However, in the economic negotiation with manufacturers, there is almost no technical content in the price of equipment, which means that the drying equipment is completely equivalent to general general equipment. However, the risk borne by drying equipment manufacturers is much greater than other equipment. Without the economical accumulation of drying equipment manufacturers, there will be no technological development costs. It would be easy to imagine that no new aircraft will emerge in recent decades. On the other hand, previous unfavorable technology protection is also one of the important reasons for the low enthusiasm of developers. 2, behind the level of equipment

A complete drying system consists of a variety of equipment. Drying is an integrated technique involving many disciplines. In addition to the technology of drying itself, it is inseparable from other aspects of knowledge. For example, heating systems involve heat exchange or combustion technologies; electrical appliances involve automatic control technologies; dust removal systems involve heterogeneous separation technologies; and sometimes they involve knowledge of environmental protection. The combination of many existing equipment and various equipment is not reasonable. The phenomenon of so-called big horse-drawn cars is extremely common, causing unnecessary waste. Mainly in the system design, can not consider the relationship between various parameters and supporting equipment according to the actual situation.

For example, convection dryers are designed with different locations in which the equipment is installed, the air volume and the heat load of the heat exchange equipment are not the same, resulting in different types of fans, and there are numerous examples. The main reason is that the meaning and influence factors of each parameter are not really understood. The reliability of the parameters given in the specifications of many domestic manufacturers is not high, and the specifications of the equipment are too rough and incomplete, which increases the difficulty of user selection. Another reason for the backwardness in the level of equipment is that the level of control and the level of mechatronics are not high. The problems related to this aspect have already been mentioned above, but there is not much discussion here.

3, large-scale technology behind

Drying equipment used in petrochemicals and inorganic chemicals has a large amount of processing. Many of our equipment have not been manufactured so far. There are many reasons for the backwardness of large-scale equipment technology. First, in the past production, the output of various industries in China was relatively small. Most of them have not yet formed a true economic scale, and they cannot effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of large-scale equipment research.
