Grinding and flotation section: Grinding adopts MQG1500*3000mm lattice ball mill and FLG-Ñ„1200 milli-sorghum single spiral classifier to form a closed-circuit grinding grading process. A total of three series. The process parameters are: ore size 11~0 mm; grinding concentration 75%; graded overflow concentration 30%; graded overflow fineness - 200 mesh accounted for 70%; actual production processing capacity 7.5 tons/set, hour, float is selected from the original design process: ore flotation, a crude concentrate of copper, lead separation, copper, lead concentrate; sulfur the coarse tailings, then select zinc, having a sulfur, zinc concentrate. This can be obtained from copper, lead, sulfur and zinc. At present, the process used in production is different from the original design. After the mixed flotation of raw ore, only copper and sulfur are separated, and copper and sulfur concentrate products are obtained. See process flow chart 2 for details. The flotation machine used is: 4A type 32 sets, 2A type 4 sets, single row configuration. By flotation and sorting, the ore containing 14.15% sulfur and 0.2% copper is enriched to 32~35% sulfur and 14% copper. The recovery rate of sulfur concentrate is 93%, copper concentrate recovery rate. At 45% or more. The final tailings contain 1.22% sulfur and 0.02% copper. The types, dosages and locations of flotation reagents are shown in Table 4.

Concentrate dewatering section: Concentrated and filtered two-stage dewatering process. See Figure 3. The concentrate of sulfur concentrate is one Ñ„9m thickener, the production capacity is 80 tons/set. Day; the dam position treatment quota is less than 1.3 tons/day.m2. The copper concentrate is concentrated into a Ñ„ 3.6 m thickener. The sulfur concentrate is filtered by a 18 m 2 disc filter, equipped with a SZ-3 vacuum pump and an SZ-2 pea air compressor. When the concentration of the ore is 60~65%, the moisture content of the filter cake is 10~12%, the thickness of the filter cake is 15~20 mm, and the production capacity is generally 3.44 tons/set. The copper concentrate is filtered using a 3 m 2 external filter. The flotation concentrate flows into the concentrator, and the concentrated bottom stream flows into the filter, and the filter cake falls into the concentrate grab bucket. The concentrator overflow and the filtrate of the filter are combined and flowed into the sensation pond to recover the fine concentrate, and the overflow water is discharged outside the plant.

Tailings facilities: Flotation tailings are transported to the tailings dam by two stages of pressure, and the pressure pump is 2PSA type. The tailings pipe has a diameter of 100 mm, a line length of 350 m, and a tailings transport concentration of 25%. The clarified tailings water is directly discharged and is not recycled. The content of xanthate and pine oil in sewage has exceeded the discharge standard, and no treatment has yet been started.
