Recently, Qinghai has built the nation’s first air-based solar-thermal solar enthalpy drying system, which reduces the drying cost of thorium from about two yuan per catty to about five cents per kilos, and realizes a major change in thorium drying technology.

Qinghai wolfberry is a “gold business card” that shows the ecology of Qinghai. However, fresh fruits have high water content and high sugar content, and it is difficult to drain water during dehydration and drying. At present, most of the methods used are natural drying methods, which take a long time and have low quality and many impurities.

To this end, Qinghai Provincial Rural Pastoral Energy Office actively explores new energy dehydration drying devices and process technologies that embody modern scientific and technological progress. In 2017, relying on Golmud Yu Sheng Technology Co., Ltd. to use solar thermal integrated technology, built a set of air-type solar thermal enthalpy drying system, daily processing of 10 tons of production line, a drying energy than conventional energy 75%, emission reduction 100% . After the application, it achieved technical achievements such as short dehydration drying time, high commodity rate after drying, large batch drying capacity, and high automation of parameter control.
