(1) Ore properties: Baoshan mining area is a skarn type scheelite deposit. Metallic minerals scheelite, galena, sphalerite, yellow copper ore, pyrrhotite, pyrite, gangue minerals hedenbergite, fluorite, orthoclase, garnet sub-stone, actinolite, chlorite, sericite and kaolin.
The scheelite and sulphide ore are symbiotic, especially in sync with pyrrhotite, and a small amount of monomeric scheelite is produced in quartz . The scheelite grain size is usually 0.1~0.2mm, the larger is 0.6mm, and the minimum is 0.016mm.
Sphalerite is produced in small blocks in skarn fractures and is closely associated with chalcopyrite. The particles are generally 0.24 mm, a maximum of 0.75 mm and a minimum of 0.064 mm. The zinc sphalerite in zinc minerals accounts for about 10%, which is more difficult to choose.
The tungsten minerals in the ore mainly include scheelite (according to phase analysis, scheelite accounts for 87%), and a small amount of tungsten and black tungsten ore. The multi-element analysis of raw ore is shown in the table below

(2) Process flow: broken into three sections and one closed circuit process. The maximum size of the ore is 450mm and the final particle size is 10mm. Grinding is a closed circuit, and flotation is a partial priority flotation. The lead-zinc float tail has “731” oxidized paraffin soap floating scheelite. The selected slurry is not concentrated. Without heating, the slurry is adjusted with sodium carbonate to keep the pH between 8.5 and 9, which is the factory. The characteristics of the production process. The stellite ore flotation process uses two coarse, three sweep, and five fine. The selected scheelite concentrates are all Grade I scheelite concentrates.
