On April 11-12, the 18th meeting of the United Nations World Regulatory Coordination Forum (WP29) Working Group on Electric Vehicles and Environment (EVE) was held in Shanghai, China, from the United States, China, Japan, Canada, the European Union, Germany, Sweden, South Korea, etc. More than 30 representatives from government departments, major auto and parts manufacturers attended the meeting. As the vice chairman of the working group, China was represented by the Equipment Industry Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the representatives of the United States, Japan and Canada.
The meeting introduced the progress of the global unified light vehicle test procedures (WLTP), electric vehicle safety (EVS), L-type vehicle environmental protection and drive performance (EPPR) and other related working groups. The representatives of Germany and South Korea introduced the maximum power measurement of hybrid vehicles. The research progress of the method project, the representative of the United States introduced the environmental impact analysis of the cycle life of the power battery on the electric vehicle, and the representative of China introduced the research progress of the energy conversion method of the electric vehicle. Participants discussed the above issues in full and conducted in-depth research on future regulations.
The meeting discussed the format and content of the report submitted by the working group to the Pollution and Energy Working Group (GRPE), and clarified the next step of the specific work, the basis for the study of the maximum power measurement method for hybrid vehicles (including plug-in hybrid vehicles). No. 15 global technical regulations were revised, continue to analyze the impact of power battery cycle life and study the feasibility of the next step in formulating regulations, and provide relevant reference for accelerating the research on energy consumption conversion methods for electric vehicles.
Zinc Die Casting Valve Parts are a metal forming process in which molten zinc metal is put under pressure and injected into a die.
Zinc are alloys that have high strength and hardness, outstanding corrosion resistance, full recyclability, mechanical properties, high thermal and electrical conductivity and strength at high temperatures. Zinc alloys possess high dimensional stability for complex shapes and excellent thin walls. The cost of raw material is low.
Zinc Die Casting Valve Parts are efficient and economical and offers a wide range of durable shapes and components. Little or no machining is required after a part is die casted, because the process provides very close tolerances for even complex shapes. Zinc Die Castings can also be easily plated or finished. Zinc Die Casting Valve Parts are dimensionally stable and heat resistant.
We have professionally produced Zinc Die Casting Valve Parts nearly 7 years. The parts have a great property of high quality, high precision, reasonable competetive price. our products are very popular.
